Accessing Course Materials

ReviZa ensures students have organized access to all course-related materials while respecting copyright policies. Materials are categorized for easy navigation and must be downloaded to be viewed. This approach ensures compliance with copyright standards while maintaining accessibility.

Materials Categorization​

All course materials are categorized into the following groups for your convenience:

  • Notes: Summaries, lecture notes, and slides.
  • Past Papers: Test and exam papers from previous years.
  • Books: Recommended textbooks or essential readings.
  • Links: URLs to helpful resources or reference material.

Each material is labeled with its file name, description, and size, making it easy to identify and manage your resources.

How to Access Materials
  1. Select a Course: Navigate to your course dashboard and tap on a course.
  2. Download Materials: Choose the desired material from the categorized list and tap the download button. Viewing is only available after the material is downloaded to ensure copyright compliance.
  3. Explore Offline: Once downloaded, materials can be accessed directly from your device.

Key Features​

  1. Clear Categorization:
    Materials are grouped into Notes, Past Papers, Books, and Links for seamless navigation.

  2. File Information at a Glance:
    Each material is displayed with:

    • File Name: Easy identification of the resource.
    • Description: Brief context about the content.
    • File Size: Helps manage your device's storage.

  3. Copyright Compliance:
    Materials must be downloaded to be accessed, ensuring copyright protection and responsible usage.

  4. Interactive Options:

    • Download Button: Easily save resources for offline viewing.
    • Share Functionality: Share materials with peers while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Example Workflow​

  • Step 1: Open the course dashboard.
  • Step 2: Select a course to view its materials.
  • Step 3: Choose a resource from the categorized list and tap the download button.
  • Step 4: Access the downloaded material from your device.
